Building pathways for tomorrow's leaders
Founded in 2007, the Chairs' Advisory Council (CAC) engages mid-level professionals in the Big Shoulders Fund mission and cultivates the next generation of leaders.
CAC members impact our scholars by spearheading fundraising events, providing scholarships, volunteering in schools, and leading various enrichment programs, such as the Stock Market Program and Law Program.Â
Help them further their mission of improving access to quality education by supporting the Chairmen's Emergency Scholarship Fund, which provides vital financial assistance to students and families. Thanks to supporters like you, the CAC awarded over $220,000 in scholarship support during the 2024-2025 academic year, enabling more than 110 students facing a crisis to remain in their first-choice school.
Their efforts do not merely help students reach graduation. The CAC provides students with a sense of normalcy during uncertain times and ensures they can solely focus on thriving in and out of the classroom.Â
